In order to construct a good sentence, you must understand the proper usage of speeches or the element of grammar. In this lesson I have learned the 9 parts of speech which are the;
1. Nouns – name a person, place, things or idea. Cara can speak English fluently.
2. Pronouns – take a noun’s place. She ate the cake
3. Adjectives – describes a noun or pronoun. Mara has a fluffy dog.
4. Verbs – describe an action or state. They run so fast to get on the bus.
5. Adverbs – describe a verb, adjectives or adverb. She feel sad lately.
6. Prepositions - show a relationship of place, time, location, or direction between words. We will go to New York on the weekend.
7. Conjunctions - connect words, phrases, and clauses. Mara and Jennie are bestfriends since toodlers.
8. Interjections - tell emotion or surprise. Wow! The place looks amazing
